Add current day data to Fireblight Interactive Predictor

It would be good to see the current status of weather data for the current day to know if actual numbers are deviating significantly from the forecast data.

So, for the current day give all the output similar to the forecast day but using the actual data plus the number of hours of data

Apple bloom prediction

May need to reduce the number of degree days for predicting first bloom in the fire blight models. We are seeing bloom in some of the earlier blooming apples about 2 days before the models suggested date in 2010.

Suggested addition to Fire blight interactive predictor

Set up a check box option labeled "Use leaf wetness as wetting event". The whole table would be recalculated and displayed with (-) to be equivalent to + for W. But leave the labeling of the W cell as (-).

New suggestions - current max & min

Need to add the ability to see the current high and low temperature for the day...not based on an hourly average. This information is not available until the following day. We need the current max and min for the fire blight models.
